Poclain Hydraulics, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to develop and grow our Ontario and Quebec territories. You will work with application engineering, R&D, and colleagues to translate customer needs into hydraulic and motion-control solutions.

The role involves building strong relationships with customers and distributors, leading commercial discussions, and coordinating across functions to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Technical sales or business development experience in hydraulic, fluid power, electrical, or related industrial products.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory by building a sales plan for Ontario and Quebec.
• Win new business by prospecting leads and identifying new customers.
• Grow existing relationships by understanding customer priorities and planning accounts.
• Connect customer needs with technical solutions with engineers.
• Strengthen distributor partnerships with shared goals and training.
• Lead commercial discussions: quotations, pricing, terms, and closing deals.
• Follow through for customers by coordinating with engineering, quality, logistics and accounting.
• Manage business performance with CRM pipeline and sales forecasts.
• Support global customer relationships by coordinating regional activities with key accounts.
