Poclain Hydraulics is seeking a District Sales Manager for Central & Eastern Canada. You will develop and grow a territory across Ontario and Quebec, building strong customer and distributor relationships and identifying hydraulic and motion-control solutions for applications.

You will collaborate with application engineering, R&D, and cross-functional teams to tailor proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in technical sales of hydraulic or related industrial products.
• Understanding of mobile equipment and the fluid power distribution channel.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into a clear business case.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Plan customer activity and manage priorities across a geographic territory.

• Develop and execute a sales plan for Ontario and Quebec.
• Win new business by prospecting leads and identifying opportunities.
• Grow existing relationships and develop account plans.
• Connect customer needs with technical solutions with engineering specialists.
• Manage distributor partnerships and joint visits.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate pricing within guidelines.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and deliver sales forecasts.
