A Sales Operations Coordinator will link sales, service, transportation, and inventory to drive efficiency and exceptional customer experiences.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculations and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes for new compact machines.
• Process billing for new machine sales.
• Coordinate demo setups and no-charge agreements.
• Collaborate with service and transportation to prep and deliver machines.
• Work with yard personnel to prep machines and coordinate pickups.
• Monitor no-charge inventory and follow up with sales reps.
• Review work orders for cost accuracy and proper documentation.
• Apply OEM and partner marketing programs; secure approvals for incentives.
• Communicate with inventory management on machine needs and sales trends.
• Assist walk-in customers and respond to inbound calls.
