Job summary

Premier Tech Growers and Consumers in North America is seeking a Sales Representative to own a territory, drive market growth, and build lasting distributor and grower relationships. You will leverage your horticultural knowledge and CRM skills to promote our products and technologies remotely, while traveling to key markets across the region.

This role offers the opportunity to travel frequently within WV, MD, VA, and NC, develop strong partnerships with distributors and growers, and contribute

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales in the horticultural industry (experience in field sales).
• Solid knowledge of the horticulture/garden center markets.
• Experience collaborating with distributors and retailers.
• CRM experience (Salesforce).
• Passion for the plant industry and strong business acumen.
• Strong interpersonal skills and results orientation.
• Autonomy and ability to cover a vast territory.

Responsibilities

• Influence and grow markets in your territory.
• Deliver technical presentations to distributors, retailers, and growers.
• Promote Premier Tech products and technologies.
• Assist in planning and establishing annual sales forecasts.
• Conduct and follow-up field trials.
• Travel frequently within the designated sales territory.
• Grow and manage your client base and market segments.
