Premier Tech Growers and Consumers is seeking a Sales Representative to own your territory across West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina. You will build relationships with distributors and growers, perform technical presentations, and promote our horticulture solutions.

This role offers remote flexibility and travel, with a focus on growing markets and achieving annual sales targets, supported by comprehensive benefits and training through Premier Tech University.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in horticulture.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and garden-center markets.
• Experience collaborating with distributors.
• Proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel across WV, MD, VA, NC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop sales in designated territory.
• Deliver technical presentations to distributors, retailers, and growers.
• Promote products and technologies.
