The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in outside horticulture sales, knowledge of garden centers, and experience with distributors and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in the horticultural industry.
• Good knowledge of horticulture and garden center markets.
• Experience collaborating with distributors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop markets in the designated territory.
