Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside sales in horticulture.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and garden center markets.
• Experience working with distributors.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Passion for the plant industry and strong business sense.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with ability to work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel across a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the markets in your territory.
• Deliver technical presentations to distributors, retailers, and growers.
• Promote Premier Tech products and technologies.
• Contribute to planning and establishing annual sales forecasts.
• Conduct and follow-up field trials.
• Travel frequently within the designated sales territory.
• Grow and manage your client base and market segments.
