Job summary

Premier Tech is seeking a Sales Representative to own a defined territory, drive market growth, and share horticulture knowledge with distributors and growers. The role supports remote work and requires active travel within the U.S. to expand Premier Tech's reach.

You will promote products, present technologies, and contribute to sales forecasts while building strong customer relationships across the West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina regions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in horticulture.
• Knowledge of horticulture/garden center markets.
• Experience collaborating with distributors.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the markets in your territory.
• Perform technical presentations to distributors, retailers, and growers.
• Promote Premier Tech products and technologies.
• Participate in annual sales forecast planning.
• Conduct and follow-up field trials.
• Travel frequently within the designated sales territory.
• Manage growth of your clientele and market segments.
