Job summary

Premier Tech is seeking a Sales Representative to own and grow the West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina markets. The role involves presenting technical content to distributors and growers, promoting our horticultural products and technologies, and contributing to annual sales planning.

The role requires strong horticultural knowledge, external sales experience, and the ability to travel across a broad territory, with a remote-friendly work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in the horticultural industry.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture/garden center markets.
• Experience collaborating with distributors.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Passion for the plant industry and solid business acumen.
• Strong interpersonal skills and results orientation.
• Ability to cover a vast territory within the listed states.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the markets in your territory.
• Deliver technical presentations to distributors, retailers, and growers.
• Promote Premier Tech products and technologies.
• Assist in planning and establishing annual sales forecasts.
• Conduct field trials and follow-up activities.
• Frequent travel within the designated sales territory.
• Develop and manage clientele and market segments.
