Home or Away is seeking a high-performing community salesperson to own a Savannah-area territory and grow referrals in multiple counties surrounding GA. This role blends field outreach with relationship building, requiring daily in-person engagement with case managers, social workers, and community organizations to drive referrals and awareness of our home care services.

Compensation includes a base salary of $65,000 plus an uncapped incentive structure with a target of $50,000–$150,000+.

Formación

• Proven ability to grow referrals and clients in local home care/hospice sectors.
• Knowledge of elderly and disabled populations, Medicaid and VA referral sources.
• Ability to work independently toward defined goals with accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Own a defined territory and grow referrals significantly.
• Visit case managers, social workers, and community organizations to build relationships.
• Represent the company at community events and health fairs.
• Educate referral partners and families about home care services and support.
• Track outreach activity and referrals in the CRM and be accountable for results.
