Job summary

Home or Away, a fast-growing home care agency serving Medicaid & Medicare members, Veterans, and families, seeks a results-driven community salesperson to own a Savannah-area territory and grow referrals through in-person outreach.

You will visit case managers, social workers, and community organizations daily, attend events, educate families about services, and track outreach in the CRM, with a base salary of $65,000 and an uncapped bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in community-based sales or development preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently toward targets with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory and grow referrals significantly.
• Build and maintain long term referral relationships with case managers, social workers, and community organizations.
• Represent Home or Away at community events and health fairs.
• Educate referral partners and families on home care services and support for clients and caregivers.
• Track outreach activity and referrals in CRM and be accountable for results.
