Paragon Pro Rentals is hiring a Territory Account Manager to drive heavy equipment rental sales across designated areas in the United States. You will build lasting customer relationships, analyze needs, and guide equipment choices while managing quotes and contracts. Travel for training and supporting other locations is required.

A strong industry background and proven sales success are essential. You will represent a growing equipment rental and sales company offering comprehensive benefits

Competenze

• Previous rental sales experience, especially in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including equipment and job-site phases.
• Hands-on experience in the construction industry to understand customer needs.
• Ability to establish rapport with customers and build long-term relationships.
• Excellent customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive and hold a valid license.
