Job summary

Paragon Pro Rentals is seeking an experienced outside salesperson to build lasting relationships with customers in the construction and equipment rental space. You will represent a broad range of equipment, both new and used, and help clients find the best solutions for their needs.

In this role, you will drive sales performance, manage leads and quotes, and collaborate with leadership on forecasts and territory growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years outside sales experience in construction and/or equipment rental or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional service and handle multiple customers with organization.
• Identify leads, follow up persistently, and close deals with confidence.
• Travel as needed for training, events, and client meetings.
• Use technology to manage leads, quotes, and communications; stay informed on industry trends.
