You will introduce health benefit plans to business owners, manage client portfolios, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets. Optional regional travel weeks are available.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
