Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post‑high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered
• Ability to build genuine connections quickly and adapt to client needs
• Comfort with virtual training, mentoring, and travel within territory

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in the territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs and present solutions
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and hit sales targets
• Record daily work stats and updates to sales manager
