Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is looking for a driven, energetic sales teammate to join our growing team in Slidell, LA. No prior sales experience required; we value fit with our Ownership, Growth, and Service culture and will provide extensive training in your territory, including virtual classes and hands-on mentoring.

In this role you will introduce health benefit plans to business owners, conduct consultations, schedule meetings, and build your own client portfolio while earning through draw

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and resell to existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit weekly work hours and schedule.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
