Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Central Texas. You will acquire new business by developing strong customer relationships and a robust leads list, selling asphalt, stone, sand, and gravel to a diverse customer base, and following up on referrals.

You will prepare quotes, maintain product knowledge, grow revenue with existing clients, and represent the company with local agencies. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in asphalt, stone, sand and gravel, or related industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a territory in a sales representative or similar function.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business by developing strong customer relationships and referrals.
• Sell asphalt, stone, sand, and gravel to DOT contractors, subcontractors, builders, and others.
• Prepare quotes for bid work and manage quotes to meet timelines.
• Grow revenue with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends.
• Represent the company with local agencies and associations.
