Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a results‑driven Sales Manager to drive volume, market share and revenue within the Texas market. You will lead a sales team, set objectives, develop strategies and coordinate with operations to optimize pricing, budgeting and forecasting.

Ideal candidates will have a Marketing/Business/Engineering background and at least two years in customer‑facing roles, with strong communication and MS Office skills. Some travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Customer Records Management preferred.

• Build and manage relationships with key commercial accounts.
• Develop customer profiles and monitor payments.
