Job summary

1-800-Packouts SEVA is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand referral partnerships and drive revenue across the territory. You will help homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and other property damage by growing a robust network of partners.

You will develop a territory growth plan, build relationships with adjusters, agents, and contractors, and track revenue performance while representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in restoration sales or business development
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Proven track record of meeting revenue or sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
