Restoration 1 North Fort Worth is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand client relationships and referral networks across the DFW area. You will identify opportunities, meet clients, and drive revenue with our production team support.

You are a self-motivated relationship builder who thrives on strategic outreach, credible presentations, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and growth.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build Relationships: Meet with current and prospective clients one-on-one and at organized events to foster trust and drive referrals.
• Own Your Schedule: Manage your own time and territory to maximize face-to-face interaction with high-value referral sources.
• Drive Revenue: Focus on developing relationships, closing opportunities, and handing off the work to our skilled production team.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Create Strategy: Develop outreach strategies, marketing presentations, and onboarding plans tailored to your territory.
• Support Clients: Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and integrity while communicating the value of our services.
