Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead crews in restoration projects, coordinating with Project Managers and ensuring timely completion. The role involves site visits, scheduling, supply management, and on-site mentoring, with a focus on safety and quality.

The position requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel. Competitive pay and benefits are offered in a full-time capacity at our Dallas–Fort Worth location.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews (8+ people) in restoration/mitigation.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience supervising around 20 employees.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or assist in managing production phase of jobs under the Project Manager.
• Conduct job site visits and quality checks of crews.
• Review schedules with Project Manager for staffing, equipment, and timelines.
• Order and maintain supplies as directed by supervisor.
• Coordinate crews per approved schedules and oversee completion of work.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators in dispatching during peak times.
• Confirm hours and document work orders accurately.
• Provide direction and support to crews as needed.
• Give timely status updates to Project Managers and Branch/Department Manager.
• Perform mitigation work at job sites when required.
• Maintain warehouse and vehicle housekeeping.
• Train staff on processes and safety guidelines.
• Promote company core values and report safety deficiencies.
