Job summary

Regent Restoration is hiring an Outside Sales & Business Development Representative in Lewisville, TX. The role focuses on building relationships with restoration companies and professionals while driving new business in the field. The position offers a base salary with commission and full-time benefits.

You’ll visit clients in person, present our services, and develop long-term partnerships. Prior restoration experience isn’t required—we provide the training you need to succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and comfortable making calls and meeting with business owners and contractors.
• Self-motivated, personable, and results-driven.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Restoration industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with restoration companies and contractors.
• Make in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups to generate new business.
• Introduce our pack-out and contents services to restoration companies.
• Identify opportunities for mold and asbestos-related projects.
• Build referral partnerships and become a trusted resource for restoration professionals.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to develop long-term relationships.
• Track leads, opportunities, and business activity.
• Represent our company professionally in the field and within the restoration community.
