1-800 WATER DAMAGE of McKinney and Frisco is seeking a seasoned Restoration Business Development Manager to drive revenue, profitability, and client relationships. You will lead day-to-day operations and guide growth opportunities across the service area.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restoration, strong sales and leadership, CRM and Xactimate experience, and willingness to travel. Base pay plus incentives offers $100k+ first year potential. High performers can advance quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restoration, project management or operations experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of restoration processes including water, mold, fire, and reconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development through relationships with stakeholders (plumbers, agents, adjusters, property managers, real estate, commercial accounts).
• Develop new referral sources and growth from existing relationships.
• Conduct territory marketing, sales calls, presentations, lunches, networking, and industry events.
• Track leads, relationships, opportunities, and results using CRM and company technology.
• Lead Estimators, Project Managers, Production, Administration, and Sales/Marketing personnel.
• Oversee projects from assignment to completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Review scopes, estimates, change orders, job costs, and project performance.
• Manage office P&L, budgets, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing employees.
• Identify operational problems and implement efficiency improvements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Resolve significant customer issues and protect key relationships.
• Provide ownership with clear revenue and growth reporting.
