Job summary

Liberty Restoration Group is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Manager to expand sales in an assigned Dayton, OH territory. You will build referral networks with insurance professionals and property managers, conduct in-person visits, and manage your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Willingness to spend most of the day visiting referral sources in person.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell restoration services to referral sources through a relationship-based approach.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, brokers, and property managers in the territory.
• Make regular in-person visits and presentations to referral sources on a consistent territory cycle.
• Record all sales activity, contacts, and visit detail in the company CRM daily.
• Represent the company at trade shows, association meetings, CE classes, and sponsored events.
• Provide support during catastrophe and severe-weather events.
• Plan and organize territory strategy to maximize coverage and time efficiency.
