Job summary

1-800-Packouts seeks a Business Development Manager to expand our referral network and drive revenue across the territory. The role focuses on building relationships with adjusters, agents, and contractors while pursuing new opportunities to grow the business.

You will monitor referral activity, collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restoration sales or business development (preferred, but not required)
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Proven track record of meeting revenue or sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and presentation skills
