Job summary

1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking aBusiness Development Representative to grow its referral network through marketing campaigns and to serve as a resource for existing referral networks. The role aims to double brand awareness and bring on 10 new referral relationships weekly, working with insurance adjusters, property owners, and internal staff.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of outside sales experience, strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, and experience with email marketing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales with customers and qualifying leads.
• Proven track record of increasing sales over time.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, MailChimp).
• CRM management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and market to all types of referral sources.
• Develop lasting relationships with key referral sources to acquire jobs.
• Identify and attend key events and association meetings to cultivate new referrals.
• Manage marketing materials and reorder materials for referral cultivation.
• Manage swag and gifts within a set budget.
• Operate email campaigns for event cultivation and top of mind brand awareness.
• Work with internal staff to stay informed on all referral sources’ jobs.
