Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Territory Manager in California to drive profitable growth through a network of independent agents and agencies across multiple states. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Knowledge of company services, products and insurance trends.
• Exposure to revenue growth and sales success.
• Proven success in developing and building partnerships.
• Understanding of production management, underwriting, and agency operations.
• Strong written and oral communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Licensed by the state if required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% with occasional overnight trips.
