Job summary

The Recruiting Hive seeks a Business Development Specialist to expand community partnerships and improve access to home care services in NYC, Long Island, and Westchester. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community organizations to generate new patient starts of care.

The role requires experience in home care outreach and Medicaid/MLTC programs, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel locally within the NYC area.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care marketing or community healthcare outreach.
• Proven ability to generate referrals, enroll patients, or starts of care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals and community organizations.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities in the territory.
• Represent the agency at community events and outreach initiatives.
• Educate referral partners on available home care services.
• Collaborate with intake to ensure smooth referral-to-enrollment transitions.
• Drive referral activity to meet monthly growth goals.
• Manage territory independently with regular outreach.
