Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting in the recruitment of a Business Development Specialist for the NYC, Long Island, and Westchester markets. The role focuses on expanding community partnerships and increasing patient access to home care services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home care outreach or Medicaid/MLTC programs, with a proven ability to generate referrals and starts of care. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care marketing or community healthcare outreach.
• Proven ability to generate referrals, patient enrollments, or starts of care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Represent the agency at community events, healthcare offices, and outreach initiatives.
• Educate referral partners on available home care services.
• Collaborate with the intake team to ensure smooth transition from referral to patient enrollment.
• Drive consistent referral activity that converts into new patient starts of care, meeting monthly growth goals.
• Manage territory independently with regular outreach and follow-up.
