Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to expand partnerships and increase patient access to home care services in NYC, Long Island, and Westchester. This salaried, on-site role emphasizes strong referral networks and growth in starts of care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home care outreach or MLTC/Medicaid programs, excellent communication, and the ability to travel locally within the territory.

• Experience in home care marketing or community healthcare outreach.
• Proven ability to generate referrals or patient starts of care.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, community orgs, and other referral sources.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Represent the agency at community events and outreach initiatives.
• Educate referral partners on available home care services.
• Collaborate with intake to ensure smooth referral to enrollment.
• Drive referral activity to meet monthly growth goals.
• Manage territory independently with regular outreach and follow-up.
