Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Specialist for NYC, Long Island, and Westchester markets. The role focuses on expanding community partnerships and increasing patient access to home care services.

You will leverage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners, driving referrals and enrollment while meeting growth targets. Travel and independent territory management are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care marketing, community healthcare outreach, long-term care, or healthcare business development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout the territory.
• Represent the agency at community events, healthcare offices, and outreach initiatives.
• Educate referral partners on available home care services.
• Collaborate with the intake team to ensure a smooth transition from referral to patient enrollment.
• Drive consistent referral activity that converts into new patient starts of care, meeting monthly growth goals.
• Manage your territory independently while maintaining regular outreach and follow-up activities.
