Job summary

Vestis seeks a Territory Manager to lead a designated service territory, driving safety, growth, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee Route Sales Representatives, ensure responsive service, and manage renewals, AR collection, and accounts in the territory.

The role emphasizes team selling through TIG and Shared Lead programs and direct collaboration with management. You will travel with service professionals, monitor performance, and participate in training to boost retention and service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two years of service and route-based industry experience, with proven track record for growing customer accounts.
• Significant customer interface and service experience; DOT certification and valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sustain a safety culture across the territory.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate Route Sales Representatives (RSRs).
• Manage territory service operations and customer renewals; coordinate AR collections.
• Foster a pervasive sales culture via Together-In-Growth (TIG) and Shared Lead programs.
• Assist in new account installations as directed by management.
• Review growth opportunities with customers each quarter and ensure timely service responses.
• Recruit, select, and hire Route Sales employees; conduct weekly performance reviews.
