Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee an assigned service territory, ensuring safety, customer retention and growth. You will supervise Route Sales Representatives, drive direct sales, and coordinate collections and service quality within your region.

Responsibilities include leading a safety-focused team, visiting customers, negotiating renewals, and reporting to the Service or General Manager. Occasional travel and in-person leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal, analytical and customer service skills required.
• Strong communication abilities and team collaboration.
• Experience in sales or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture within the territory.
• Coach and develop Route Sales Representatives (RSRs).
• Report to Service Manager or General Manager as applicable.
• Foster a sales culture through TIG and Shared Lead programs.
• Assist in new account installs as directed.
• Manage day-to-day customer service programs and reviews.
• Visit required customers quarterly to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests and disputes.
