Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth in a designated territory. You will engage in sales, service, and risk management with distribution partners to grow profitability and meet targets.

In collaboration with the Regional Field Executive, you will shape product, pricing, and marketing plans, manage partner relationships, and monitor KPIs while traveling up to 40% to achieve objectives in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Six to eight years of experience in P&C distribution partnerships in farm & ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target P&C distribution partnerships within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners.
• Establish Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines.
• Develop strategic, data-driven business plans and monitor KPIs.
• Lead sales and marketing strategies aligned with underwriting standards.
