Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking a Territory Manager for Carpet Soft Surface Flooring to cover the Cleveland, Ohio market. You will maintain and grow Shaw’s profitability by developing strong relationships with flooring dealers, designers and end-users, while implementing market programs and placing samples.

Responsibilities include daily sales calls, presenting Shaw products, building displays, and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Must reside in the market.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls on existing customers focusing on carpet soft surface products.
• Present products to dealers, designers, and end-users; analyze leads.
• Sell and build display racks; travel within territory.
• Prospect new accounts and analyze territory trends.
• Prepare sales and activity reports; monitor budgets and goals.
• Enter customer interactions in Salesforce.com; promote Shaw residential products.
