Job summary

Purple Wave Auction is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand our presence across Northwest Ohio. You will build lasting relationships with heavy equipment owners in agriculture, construction, fleet and government, uncover opportunities, and guide customers through the auction process.

This full-time role requires significant travel (up to 75%), a self-starting attitude, and the ability to leverage CRM tools to drive deals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region.
• Knowledge of construction, agriculture, fleet or government industries is a plus.
• Comfort with using technology and systems to share information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and customers to grow Purple Wave's presence in Northwest Ohio.
• Educate clients on Purple Wave's equipment auction services and how to use them to buy or sell equipment.
• Capture and enter customer opportunities in CRM and maintain communication across the team.
• Support all phases of the auction process and represent Purple Wave at events.
