Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Territory Sales Associate in Sunnyvale, CA to drive profitable growth through new customer acquisition and opportunity development. You will work with Territory Sales Managers, Product Managers, distribution partners, and technical teams to identify prospects and build relationships that lead to new business.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong desire to build a career in technical business development and field sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth strategies and target new customers within the assigned territory.
• Qualify customer needs and identify opportunities for Qnity materials and solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and introductory meetings with prospective customers.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and drive opportunities through the sales process.
