Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. in Minnesota is expanding with a dedicated hunter-style sales role focused on residential new construction and targeted commercial HVAC growth.

You will open doors, build relationships with builders and general contractors, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will be supported by internal estimators and operations teams to focus on growth, maintain pipeline discipline with CRM, and own the front-end sales cycle from prospecting to handoff.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to builders and general contractors.
• Ability to open doors and create long-term partnerships.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop builder, developer, and GC relationships in the South Metro.
• Drive residential new construction HVAC and plumbing opportunities.
• Pursue small to mid-sized commercial HVAC projects.
• Own the front-end sales cycle from prospecting to handoff.
• Maintain pipeline discipline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams.
