LHH in Tampa is seeking an experienced HVAC sales hunter to build a premier book of business inside commercial buildings. You will develop new opportunities, prospect building owners, manage retrofit and replacement opportunities, and cultivate relationships with facility leadership to close large-scale HVAC projects.

You will earn commissions on contracts valued from $250K to $1M+, with a base salary up to $120,000, reflecting a high-earning potential through monthly commissions as payments are

Competenze

• Must have existing relationships with facility and engineering decision makers.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality and ability to develop new business.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience selling equipment replacements, chillers, energy solutions or mechanical upgrades.
• Ability to sell complex, larger-ticket projects.
• Takeoff/estimating/technical scoping experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop new commercial HVAC business throughout the Tampa Bay market.
• Prospect directly to building owners and facility decision makers.
• Identify retrofit and equipment replacement opportunities.
• Build relationships with Directors of Engineering, Directors of Facilities, Facility Managers and Procurement.
• Develop opportunities for chillers, HVAC equipment replacement, energy solutions and mechanical upgrades.
• Manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting through close.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of self-generated business.
• Sell projects typically valued at $250K–$400K+, with opportunities reaching $1M+.
