You will drive sales growth by aligning products with market needs and maintaining up-to-date market intelligence.

The role emphasizes field engagement, product education, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to outperform housing starts and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7+ years in field sales, preferably construction-related.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field with a driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Own market share growth and drive sales objectives across the region and territories.
• Maintain and build relationships with Builders, Contractors, Inspectors, and Influencers to accelerate sales.
• Identify market opportunities and advise on product schedules and installations.
• Educate stakeholders on product knowledge and upgrade opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce records and timely reports.
