Job summary

Sales Engineers, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – HVAC to cover our Upper Midwest customers. You’ll build relationships with distributors and contractors, lead product demonstrations, and grow the territory with support from manufacturers.

• HVAC experience and strong relationships.
• Ability to explain products clearly and conduct demonstrations.
• Own initiative, organized, and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Meet distributor owners, branch managers, sales teams, and contractors in your territory.
• Grow existing accounts and connect with new customers.
• Join distributor reps on sales calls and lead product demonstrations, counter days, and training sessions.
• Help customers with product and application questions with support from manufacturer partners.
• Plan your schedule, track opportunities, and ensure customers receive follow-up.
• Share field feedback to help improve how we serve customers.
