T-ROC is seeking a Territory Field Lead in Boise, ID to drive revenue growth and KPI success by working directly with Agent store leaders and coordinating with regional and HQ directors for flawless in-store execution and launch readiness.

You will implement localized sales enablement plans, enhance partner relationships, and monitor performance to maximize territory results while ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of sales and client-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Support growth across your territory to drive revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with Agent store leadership, regional directors, and HQ to ensure KPI success and brand alignment.
• Implement localized sales enablement plans and sales strategies to meet agent targets.
