Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Territory Field Lead in Rexburg, ID to drive revenue growth and territory performance. You will enable field sales with agents, ensure KPI achievement, brand alignment, and readiness for national launches, working closely with store leaders and directors.

The role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication, and willingness to travel within the territory, with a focus on data-driven improvement and partner success.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience in high-volume environments.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test as required.

Responsibilities

• Support growth across your territory to help improve revenue and profit.
• Work with Agent store leaders and sync with regional and HQ directors to ensure KPI success, brand alignment, and launch readiness.
• Serve as the primary field sales enablement for the indirect Agent channel.
• Build partnerships with existing and new agent relationships.
• Champion frontline tools and triage frameworks to eliminate sales-floor bottlenecks and minimize errors.
