Job summary

Viamericas Corporation is seeking a Business Development Executive/Outside Sales Representative to cover the Charlotte, NC territory. You will recruit agents, maximize same-store sales, and ensure high service quality across thousands of locations.

The role involves maintaining constant contact with agents, meeting and exceeding targets, and providing training and ongoing support. Travel up to 80% is expected to sustain growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years outside sales experience in the industry.
• Bilingual English and Spanish may be required.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proven negotiation, sales closing experience, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new agent locations and service existing ones within the territory.
• Generate leads, call on prospects, evaluate position and sign new business.
• Assist new agent application process and follow up on submissions.
• Meet or exceed target goals and objectives.
• Provide agent training and ongoing support through agency visits.
• Travel as needed to support agents and conduct visits up to 80%.
