Job summary

Viamericas Corporation is seeking a Business Development Executive/Outside Sales Representative to cover the assigned territory in the United States. The role focuses on maximizing revenue through new agent recruitment, expanding existing locations, and delivering outstanding service to agents.

You will generate leads, manage the application process for new agents, meet aggressive sales targets, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual – English and Spanish may be required.
• 2-3 years experience in outside sales in the industry preferred.
• A self-starter, with excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skill required.
• Proven negotiation, sales closing experience, and relationship management skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as demonstrate presentation abilities required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new agent locations and service existing ones within the assigned territory.
• Generate leads, call on prospects, evaluate business position and convert into new signings.
• Assist with new agent applications and follow up on submitted applications.
• Meet or exceed target goals and objectives.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Viamericas Corporation's services and products.
• Activate, install and provide agent training on how to use our products and systems.
• Provide ongoing agent support and maintenance through agency visits.
• Travel up to 80% of the time.
• Collaborate with other departments including Compliance, Products and Sales Representatives.
