Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in outside sales in the industry preferred.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new agents and provide service to existing ones.
• Generate leads and convert them into new business.
• Provide agent training on systems and products.
