Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive new customer growth within a defined territory, focusing on consultative selling and customized service solutions. You will develop a strong pipeline and collaborate with service and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success.

The role requires proactive prospecting, four daily appointments on average, and a commitment to meeting weekly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close new business
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven success in meeting ambitious sales targets and competitive selling
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through phone blocks, cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals
• Prepare proposals and present products or services as tailored solutions to prospect needs
• Negotiate terms and close new business deals
• Collaborate with service and operations to onboard new customers
• Document activities and maintain a robust pipeline
• Represent ImageFIRST at industry events and trade shows
