Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client facing experience (text truncated in listing).
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• A valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support sales goals by implementing localized plans across the territory to drive revenue and profitability.
• Execute sales support through product knowledge and tailored strategies to achieve agent targets.
• Build and maintain positive partnerships with existing agents and recruit new relationships.
• Advocate for frontline tools and processes to reduce bottlenecks and errors on the sales floor.
• Coordinate field readiness and enablement by sharing updates, training progress, incentives, and promotions.
