Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Field-based Community Relations & Business Development Representative for Georgia. You will own the territory, build professional referral networks, and drive admissions growth across Pinnacle's OTP/MAT services.

This KPI-driven role requires extensive travel, relationship management with courts, hospitals, and healthcare providers, and collaboration with center leadership to ensure high-quality referrals and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in business development, sales, account management, or community outreach, preferably in behavioral health or related field.
• Experience managing a defined territory or portfolio with measurable growth or retention results.
• Experience with professional referral networks (healthcare, legal, social services, managed care) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Territory management and strategic ownership for Georgia region.
• Develop professional referral sources and maintain relationships.
• Manage accounts and drive retention and growth.
• Lead consumer-facing and community outreach to build brand presence.
• Collaborate with treatment centers and leadership for consistent referrals.
