Job summary

Greater Goals ABA Corp is seeking a Growth & Community Engagement Manager to drive the referral pipeline and build lasting partnerships with schools, doctors, and community organizations. This field-based role includes managing in-person visits across Georgia, coordinating with intake teams, and supporting RBT/BCBA staffing.

You will report weekly on outreach progress and aim to convert conversations into active services for families seeking ABA care.

Qualifications

• Managed a referral or sales pipeline with measurable results.
• Strong discipline to run your own schedule and stay accountable.
• Ability to build trust and follow through on commitments.
• Knowledge of ABA or autism/behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 12–15 in-person visits weekly, targeting 8–10 meaningful referral conversations.
• Guide new client leads from first contact through active service.
• Coordinate with intake teams to keep the referral pipeline moving smoothly.
• Support RBT/BCBA staffing and bridge field-to-HQ communications.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with schools, doctors, and community organizations.
• Report weekly on outreach wins and pipeline progress.
